BREADMAKING FOR BEGINNERS
The art of breadmaking seems so simple, and yet it can take years to master. In the Bakery, I worked with master breadmaker Josey Baker, to create a self-directed method for kids to make their own artisan bread. I designed the activity to inspire and instruct without any adult intervention. Go gluten!
I designed the illustrated breadmaking instructions to be printed directly on the bag that kids use to hand mix the ingredients so they don't have to ask anyone for what to do next.
ADVANCED BREADMAKING
For those that want to level up their breadmaking, I designed the Bread Book with advanced techniques using the same basic recipe with a few tweaks.
